Roles and Responsibility
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director and executive team including:
  • Managing several active calendars of appointments
  • Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans/itineraries/agendas, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Managing calendars, providing real-time support for scheduling meetings.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and external contacts.
  • Supporting visitors by acting as point of contact for external phone calls, and emails as needed.
  • Answer phone and relay messages when needed.
  • Documenting expense claims and other basic reports. 
  • Office Management activities for Hyderabad including:
  • Greet guests in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with and managing landlords and third-party service providers as required.
  • Ensuring the best possible physical working environment and facilities for employees.
  • Arranging and managing company social events for India based employees. 
  • Support the induction of new employees as needed. 
  • Any other administrative support to ensure efficient operations for Director of Managed Services. 
  • Must be available for after-hour support.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Expert level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • 4 - 8 years of post-qualification work experience.
  • Proven experience of handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Proven experience of building excellent working relationships with colleagues, external contacts, and senior management.
