Roles and Responsibility
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Developer Lead who possesses a proactive mindset, a strong passion for incorporating state-of-the-art technology into our latest products, and a track record of successful implementation. As a Lead, your primary role will involve various responsibilities, including algorithm implementation, building resilient infrastructure, exploring emerging concepts and technologies, and spearheading the development efforts to reach a global audience of millions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of software developers throughout the entire mobile application development process.
- Effectively manage day-to-day activities of the development team, aligning them with the company's overall development strategy
- Create and develop advanced applications for the Android/iOS platform.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Participate in software development project planning, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Participate in the planning process for software development projects and ensure meeting quality and deadlines on delivery.
- Design the architecture for new products/features, also effectively implement quality assurance processes.
- Ensure delivering the required software quality and reliability of the entire team's output.
- Work on revamping existing software by adding new features or fixing errors in order improve performance.
- Coach, guide, and mentor mobile developers to grow into their work.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Mobile Development
- Proficiency in Native Android development, Swift, and Java or C#.
- Good Knowledge of test automation
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software Engineering
- Showcase a proven track record of working on multiple mobile applications, preferably with a focus on scalability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
