● 2-3 years’ experience in Primary qualitative research work.
● Knowledge of Primary qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation with the ability to apply to agency work.
● A degree in relevant field (appreciated)– MBA in Marketing, Postgraduate in Psychology, Humanities
● Experience in moderating groups and in-depth interviews with both large and small groups and executing research.
● Experience in using various technology platforms for online Qualitative research.
● Experience with A-Z of research (from designing discussion guide to presenting to client)

Responsibilities of a Senior Qualitative Manager:
1. Key Responsibility Areas- PRIMARY Responsibilities:
a. Handling Qualitative end-to-end client research requirements. This includes the following:
i. Client Interactions
ii. Suggesting the best suited research methodology, sample size, timelines & costing
iii. Designing the Discussion Guide
iv. Scheduling all the research & field activities
v. Coordinating with the vendors for fieldwork (Recruitment)
vi. Coordinating with freelancers for outsourced work (Moderation, Transcription, Translation, Content Analysis)
vii. Moderation of the interactions (Groups, DIs etc)
viii. Doing Content Analysis, Transcripts
ix. Preparing & Presenting the Reports to the clients
b. Handing Secondary Research
i. Mining data for specific research needs
ii. Understanding the consumer trends via secondary data sources
iii. Writing Research Reports basis data sought
