As a CyberArk Consultant you will be expected to contribute to the delivery of CyberArk Projects to our clients professionally.

We are looking for professionals with 5-7 years of experience for our Privileged Access Management (PAM) Practice. Candidates should be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving, excellent communication, and participation in a diverse range of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Management and delivery of client engagements while ensuring quality and value addition.
• Ability to act as an individual contributor in end-to-end deployment/upgrade of PAM Solutions across multiple client environments. 
• Training entry-level professionals in understanding PAM concepts
• Serve as an escalation point for project services and incidents.
• Collaborating with others leads to support the implementation of secure PAM solutions.
• Collaborate on the delivery of multiple PAM-related projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring that new functionalities and integrations satisfy the business needs.
• Design, deploy, implement, and integrate CyberArk with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to address effectively and solve customer challenges.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of the technical infrastructure.
• Assist Business Analysts with documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements. 
• Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities. 
• Strong working knowledge of PowerShell/Java/Bash and the ability to write scripts.
• Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Provide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the consulting work plan and client deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience with CyberArk implementations, preferably in a consultant role with client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments 5+ years of proven experience in the relevant domain 
• Ability to adapt to new technologies/tools as per business requirements.
• Proficient in any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Certifications: CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
• Experience in implementing at least 2 PAM solutions, including design and architecture (Cyberark, Thycotic, BeyondTrust etc.).
• Good knowledge of server technologies (AD, Web Server etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirements and design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitude. 
• Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools.
