It enables anyone across India to raise funds for healthcare, education, sports, disaster relief and other personal causes, with great ease.
Roles and Responsibility
- Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns through various
channels to increase the number of campaigns on our fundraising platform.
- Managing ad campaigns for fundraising promotional content on
Facebook and Google and increasing reach and performance while keeping a tab on
the Roas Goals.
- Oversee the strategy, tactics and day-to-day management of our
media and marketing channels focused on driving contributions, campaign setups
and brand recall as go-to platform for healthcare financing.
- Effectively use growth channels such as SEO, SEM, digital
advertising (performance marketing) and influencer marketing
- Closely monitor all online campaigns and optimize it to drive
success of campaigns and increase the campaign volume.
- Strategize and create content to drive sales/campaign success and
share assessment against key goals such as ROI and KPIs
- Optimize spending and frequently re-evaluate to develop creative
growth strategies Inspire a small team of digital marketers to meet the
campaign objectives. Work closely with them to exceed near-term Customer and
Gross Profit targets while building the foundation for long-term growth;
managing all the necessary trade- offs in between.
- Serve as a sounding board for staff writers, editors, and
marketers; be an arbiter of best practices in messaging, writing, and style.
Work closely with product and data teams to conduct usability tests and gauge content
effectiveness.
- Gather data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and
make recommendations to writers and marketers based on those results.
- Encourage coaching and mentoring within teams, focus on the
development needs of employees and ensure collaboration and teamwork across
cross- functional teams.
Job Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
Must Have
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the digital marketing space
especially for B2C organizations
- A post graduate degree with specialization in marketing/digital
marketing would be a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Google
Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Site Catalyst, Moz analytics, Core
metrics, etc.
- An entrepreneurial, agile leader who has handled $2.5Mn+ in annual
marketing spends (predominantly in performance marketing) with a growth with
correct unit-economics' mindset.
- Attention to detail: Ability to spot the smallest of things that
matter and never miss out the slightest of detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Prior experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of the current online customer acquisition
channels and management of 3rd party agencies/suppliers.
- Must have expertise with a variety of digital channels, including
Display Advertising, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, social media, and Mobile.
- Experience with Marketplaces and Influencer Marketing is also a
plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and influencing across diverse
groups, communicating goals, plans and strategy across all channels.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on, growth-focused leader
responsible for the KPIs of content, digital marketing, social media, and
public relations teams.
