Roles and Responsibility
- Understand and interpret customer and market needs to
guide product development.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring
alignment with the team's sprint goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the team,
facilitating communication and coordination with other departments and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to deliver
high-quality, viable products on time and within budget.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and
retrospective meetings
- Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practices
within the team.
- Identify and mitigate risks and remove any obstacles that
may impede the team's progress.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related
field
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies,
with experience leading teams in an Agile environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving
skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with software development and the product
development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field
- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with
