Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans to
ensure the software meets the requirements and is free of defects.
- Work closely with the development team to understand the
software requirements and ensure that all testing is aligned with the
development process.
- Identify and document defects found during testing and
work with the development team to resolve them.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the software
development and testing process.
- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and
technologies, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
software meets the needs of different stakeholders.
- Ensure that the software is tested on different
environments and platforms.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in
an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
and best practices
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with cloud-based software testing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field
- This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with
