Roles and Responsibility
  • Achieve sales growth and meet sales targets by successfully managing and monitoring the sales and supervise the team assigned.
  • Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
  • Set standards and objectives for different stores and deportments
  • Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
  • Lead a team of sales officers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals and targets.
  • Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and generating set sales targets.
  • Deal with any escalations in the market by providing creative and practical solutions.
  • Evaluate performance of team members using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
  • Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Ensure complionce with compony's policies ond operotionol guidelines.
  • Manage recruitment of new team members, set objectives for them, while inducting them to the sales process and monitor performance regularly.
  • Build ond promote strong, long-lasting customer relotionships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecosts to the management team.
  • ldentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products ond competition status.
  • Providing strong leadership and mentoring to the sales team to ensure they are well motivated and engaged to contribute effectively to the organization.
  • Performing assigned duties related to the organization of sales activities and other activities aimed of increasing sales and profit.
  • Educating and engaging the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminors ond regular meetings to enhance their skills.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements to overall sales strategy in the assigned regions.

Periodic Tasks:
  • Weekly and Monthly reports to be sent to reporting manager.
  • Participation in company's promotional activities.
  • Carry out a check on travelling allowances for all subordinotes monthly
  • Review price reports on competition.
