Roles and Responsibility

What you will do:

  • Stay on top of accounts, serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to Partner company’s concerns and needs
  • Making sure the Partner companies receive services that meet their needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Keeping track of all the open positions at partner companies
  • Setting up introductions between companies and candidates and actively following up on shared profiles and closures

 

Must-Have:

  • Solid English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention to detail
  • Good sourcing and understanding of profiles - QA/designers/programmers
  • Experience working on different job portals and open to exploring new portals as well
  • Someone who can take ownership of the tasks allotted to them
  • Good time management skills

 

Good to have:

  • Any past Gaming company experience as a recruiter is a bonus (internship/full-time)
  • Strong networking & relationship building skills
  • Good understanding of various aspects of game development
  • Educational background in Computer Science is a plus
  • Fluency with excel/google sheets or related software
