Roles and Responsibility
What you will do:
- Stay on top of accounts, serve as the main point of
contact in all matters related to Partner company’s concerns and needs
- Making sure the Partner companies receive services that
meet their needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve
long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any
contract updates and renewals
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and
service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Keeping track of all the open positions at partner
companies
- Setting up introductions between companies and candidates
and actively following up on shared profiles and closures
Must-Have:
- Solid English communication (both written and verbal)
- Self-learning and self-initiating attitude with attention
to detail
- Good sourcing and understanding of profiles -
QA/designers/programmers
- Experience working on different job portals and open to
exploring new portals as well
- Someone who can take ownership of the tasks allotted to
them
- Good time management skills
Good to have:
- Any past Gaming company experience as a recruiter is a
bonus (internship/full-time)
- Strong networking & relationship building skills
- Good understanding of various aspects of game development
- Educational background in Computer Science is a plus
- Fluency with excel/google sheets or related software
