Roles and Responsibility
- Strong hold on process automation concept & knowledge on industrial
electrical standard.
- Programming of Siemens PLCs (S7
400/300/S71500 Series) with distributed IO’s (Ex: ET200 S/SP)
- Strong knowledge on S7 STL programming language.
- Capable of understanding and decoding process URS into functional
logics.
- Pre-documentation preparation for phase / recipe developments for
BATCH system.
- Screen development in SCADA based on the P&ID
- Software FAT
- Cable sizing & cable list, Cable tray selection and prepare cable
tray layout
- Verify electrical drawings and panel testing and vendor place.
- Instrument selection & validation based on process application
- Prepare quotation for electrical, instruments & automation
- Responsible for Electrical & Software
Commissioning & troubleshooting at site
- Documenting Functional Description Specification (FDS)
- Customer-service attitude with hands on approach on
the job is expected
- Quick adaptability of various process areas and
different software platform is must.
- Experience on Brewery software development and
commissioning would be an added advantage.
- Job involves extensive travelling & long duration
stay at customer sites
Other
Requirements:
- Should have network experience like Ethernet/TCP/IP, Profibus and MPI
- Should have knowledge on S88 standard
- Should have comprehensive understanding of technical engineering
fundamentals
- Should have knowledge on electrical diagram and troubleshooting control
logic circuits.
- Should have knowledge on basic concepts of Pneumatic Valves, Motors,
Analog transmitters, and analog outputs.
- Should be a highly motivated, self-driven person
- Should have the ability to work in a highly collaborative team
environment & exhibit high levels of enthusiasm and drive
- High levels of MS office skills including MS-Project and other
analytical tools
- Knowledge of German language would be an added advantage
