We are looking for BD or sales professionals with at least 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions sales to mid-market target customers in the US region. This will be an individual contributor role (with scope to build & lead a team in the future) with responsibility to acquire new customers for our programmatic monetisation business in tier-1 geographies. You will be supported by a market research associate & will be expected to deliver against revenue targets from new customer acquisitions for one or more products, customer segments and/or geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Close & onboard inbound publisher leads as well as perform outbound business development activities in the assigned geographies to achieve targets for new customer acquisition.
- Work closely with the relevant teams to ensure flawless execution of our publisher acquisition strategies for cold outreaches & sales closures from new publishers.
- Devise, test & validate various techniques, tactics etc. to optimize & accelerate funnel movement across the various sales stages.
- Actively contribute to create & maintain sales playbooks that can be leveraged by all customer facing teams as per the different customer segments, solution categories, geographies etc.
Desired skills & experience
- At least 1-3 years of in B2B SaaS or technology solutions sales to mid-market target customers in the US region with exposure to both inbound as well as outbound sales
- Strong track record of achieving new customer acquisition & revenue generation targets for B2B SaaS products or technology solutions in the US market
- Strong knowledge of strategies, tactics & tools used in the different steps of the sales process - prospecting, needs discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing, follow ups etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate value of the product in simple language, generate genuine interest & quickly gain the trust of potential customers to usher them through the sales cycle towards closure & onboarding.
Additional requirements (Not mandatory):
- At least 1 year of experience in selling programmatic yield optimization solutions to mid-market web publishers in the tier-1 markets
- Ability to leverage their existing web publisher relationships in tier-1 markets to help us accelerate new customer acquisition
- Passionate about continuously engaging with web publishers to generate qualified leads, understanding of their programmatic monetisation needs, positioning the right solution offering, following up to close & onboard them as new customers
