About Company

The company has been formed by a few Ex Big four Certified Public Accountants from across the globe.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and prioritize activities to ensure timely compliance with deadlines and operational standards.
Provide suggestions on how to improve internal operational processes and standards.
Manage communication with clients to obtain required information.
Maintain accounting of client companies.
Prepare Management Information Reports as per client guidelines.
Prepare Financial Statements as per Indian GAAP/ IFRS / Dutch GAAP or other GAAP as needed.
Prepare Tax Returns for various worldwide jurisdictions.
Perform internal or external audit tasks.
Manage communication with internal or external client auditors.
Perform any other agreed upon procedures with client within the accounting, reporting, audit, financial and transaction processing scope.
Review all deliverables before submission to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Provide suggestions on how clients can improve efficiency or effectiveness in their processes.
Maintain high client service standards.

Educational/ Competency Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people from varying professional and educational backgrounds.
Team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong client service skills.
Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable.
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Excellent computer skills particularly excel and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently.
Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
At least one - three years progressive experience in the accounting or financial field.
IFRS knowledge is desirable.
Big Four experience is mandatory.
Experience in the outsourcing industry is desirable.
Prefer people who are willing to travel to Whitefield
