Roles and Responsibility
  • Greeting, welcoming clients & visitors and ensuring their comfort on their arrival at the office.
  • Sort incoming/outgoing mail & handling EPBX for answering or transferring clients or customer calls with patience and in a friendly demeanor.
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Manage travel & stay Bookings (Cabs, Trains, Hotels and Flight Bookings)
  • Send/Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Handle basic customer enquiries
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Produce professional quality reports, presentations, and briefs

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (E.g., scanner, printer)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Graduation in any discipline
