Roles and Responsibility
We are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate –
Human Resources. The Talent Acquisition team helps us to identify potential
talent who empower the company’s team to deliver remarkable outcomes. We are
looking for an individual who can understand the need of the organization and
align potential & available talent to the need beyond just filling a
position. The person should drive from sourcing to interview
process, compensation fitment and pre-boarding.
Responsibilities
- Have requirement gathering discussion with Hiring
Managers and agree on the requirement
- Have Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
processes including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting
telephone and in-person interviews, and coordinating with stakeholders
Requirements
- Master’s in human resources, Business Administration
preferred
- 3 – 4 years of experience working in the global human
resource management space
- Experience of working in agile work environment
- Seeking to work in a challenging environment and exposure
to overall gamut of HR
- Should be data driven, have required and at times
difficult conversations with Hiring Managers on timelines and committed to
inclusive hiring
- Should be self-driven by nature and proactive at work
- Should have worked in HR/Recruitment team of a startup/new
age organization in the TA team (in house recruitment experience only)
- Exceptional command of the end-to-end recruiting process,
including sourcing and screening talent, building candidate relationships, and
closing talent, and building trusting, successful hiring manager partnerships
- Experience leveraging recruitment data to provide
insights and lead behavior change (where needed) with key stakeholders
