The company is a Dallas-based technology startup pioneering the market’s first voice-controlled enterprise wearable for brick and mortar retail, hospitality, and manufacturing. It has created a suite of productivity applications that are complementary with other next-gen technologies (WIFI, BI systems, IOS/Android, tablets, etc.) and provides critical management command & control and analytics to increase sales associate productivity, conversion rates, and store profitability.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Good hands-on experience in Python Application Development and scripting automation 
  • Experience with MySQL.
  • Hands on experience on Linux servers.
  • Sound knowledge in monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Experience with distributed Source Code Management (SCM) tools, e.g., Git
  • Experience with distributed Messaging system like RabbitMQ is a plus
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or relevant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Python code for Data Processing modules 
  • Automate current and new systems and processes
  • Implement innovative solutions to scale the program with emphasis on automation where applicable
  • Write and maintain relevant documentation
  • Troubleshoot and fix the bugs whenever encountered
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary
