Roles and Responsibility
  • This role will be responsible for leading HR Technology BAU support & maintenance for Workday Integrations and functional configurations at offshore
  • Build Workday Tech delivery capabilities offshore that is capable of supporting and working on implementation projects.
  • Provide Workday techno functional leadership to the support team
  • Collaborate with regional HR and Technology support teams and provide operational leadership and governance to day-to-day support
  • Recommend Workday technical solutions taking into account priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders
  • Own and maintain internal control for SOX Compliance
  • Lead the change management efforts on new business processes
  • Collaborate with company’s Business Unit’s Compensation Teams to execute the annual compensation planning process and performance management process

 

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

  • 8+ years of HR IT experience with leading support & maintenance globally
  • 5+ year of experience in Workday Integrations, Compensation, Benefits, Time Off management, and performance management experience
  • Expert knowledge in the following modules in Workday (Prior work experience with a Workday implementation partner is strongly preferred)
  • HCM
  • Absence Management
  • Time Tracking
  • Performance Management
  • Reporting
  • Compensation Management
  • Recruiting
  • Hands on configurations and maintenance support experience with Workday is a must
  • Prior Workday implementation experience
  • Prior experience of building/supporting multipurpose integration platforms to address multiple use cases such as person data management (PDM), electronic data interchange (EDI), API management and application, data and process integration using various tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend etc
  • Hands on experience with SQL 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) as well as outstanding customer service orientation
  • Ability to perform process re-engineering, troubleshoot problems and determine root causes of business issues
