Roles and Responsibility

We are looking for a Lead- BTL specializing in planning and coordinating events to promote a particular project, including initiatives and engagement campaigns. You will find yourself at the heart of our mission, responsible for coordinating the efforts of various teams and developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message.


Key duties & Responsibilities 

  • Create integrated BTL marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement
  • Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness
  • Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of BTL marketing campaigns and their success
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
  • Train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy

  • Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail
  • Effective communications, presentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
