Lead Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for
managing development of all digital campaigns and deliverables in the online
space.
Our entire digital team will basically report into this
manager who will be the day-to-day leader as well as interface with our
customers where required.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication
skills and the ability to work quickly yet efficiently under pressure. In this
position you can expect to collaborate and communicate with various internal
groups as well as the tech team.

You will…
- Lead end to end operations from research, planning,
strategizing, conceptualizing, executing, monitoring, periodically reviewing
and managing digital campaigns for every client.
- Brainstorm with team, prepare and present digital pitches
to prospective clients.
- Own all client relationships along with Client servicing
and build a team to support our client base as our business grows.
- Attending all Clients monthly reviews along with the
Client Servicing Head and presenting the past works, ideate and conceptualize
the subsequent months strategy
- Understand clients brief and suggest them strategies, be
proactive and handhold the clients and make sure the value-added approach
results in tangible ROI’s. Suggest and build the infrastructure needed such as
websites, landing pages or social media as necessary and work extensively on
the analytics.
- Develop social media approach and calendar and meet the
clients branding campaign needs.
- Provide inputs as required for the long-term growth
strategy for digital vertical in pace with the industry.
- Execution of the devised Digital Marketing strategy
including Content & Creative as well for every client
- Timely execution of all approved strategies and plans of
the clients
- Suggest appropriate tools to improvise the performance of
Digital Marketing for all clients
- Preparation of Client-wise MIS for monthly review – MIS
includes performance metrics, areas of improvement, areas to be improved and
suggest best practices.
- Integrate the tech enabled digital tools as necessary
offering to digital clients to enhance their branding and advertising
campaigns.
- Lead our recruitment efforts to build a world class team
to showcase the best of campaigns and results there on.
- Mentoring and managing the digital team while reviewing
the white mates on a weekly and monthly basis, at the same time providing
weekly report to the management.
- Identify and suggest the management on the new trends in
Digital Marketing industry

Qualifications
You have.
- Minimum 7-9 years’ experience in managing digital
operations for a marketing / advertising agency with exposure to SMO, SMM, SEO,
SEM, Website Development, Analytics, Reports, Research & Complete Strategy
while managing the entire team
- Good understanding and experience working with
advertising and marketing technology platforms.
- Graduate in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing or
related relevant field will be preferred.
- Exposure and hands-on experience in
Branding/Marketing/advertising in digital marketing domain.
- Customer facing experience and people management
experience is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to convert digital metrics into a story with
thoughtful performance insights.
