The Digital Marketing/Paid Media Expert is responsible
for the conception, execution, and success of all digital campaigns across ad
platforms (standard and emerging).
We’re looking for someone with excellent digital marketing/paid
media experience (specifically Google AdWords/DoubleClick) with the ability to
work quickly yet efficiently under pressure. In this position you can expect to
collaborate and communicate with various internal groups.
You will
- Own all client relationships along with Client servicing
to support our client base as our business grows.
- Brainstorm with team, prepare and present digital pitches
- Oversee social media approach and calendar, and meet the
clients branding campaign needs
- Own all deliverables for digital campaigns, including but
not limited to: Search, social media, display/mobile, Video etc.
- Integrate the tech enabled digital tools as necessary
offering to digital clients to enhance their branding and advertising campaigns
- Be a part of our collaborative culture and lead from the
front in creating a highly motivated, challenging but rewarding work

Qualifications
You should
have
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in managing digital
operations for a marketing /advertising agency
- Good understanding and experience working with
advertising and marketing technology platforms
- Graduate in Communications, Advertising, or Marketing or
related relevant field will be preferred
- Exposure and hands-on experience in
Branding/Marketing/advertising in digital marketing domain.
- Customer facing experience and people management
experience will be an added asset.
- Proficiency in Google analytics, Facebook analytics and
other social media analytics and campaign management.
- Excellent analytic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and
impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data sets from multi-platform
reporting systems and help derive insights will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both as an
individual and manager.
- Ability to convert digital metrics into a story with
thoughtful performance insights.
- Ability and desire to learn quickly, adapt, and share
your knowledge with others.
