Oversees all company HR activities, including:
- Manages recruitment process through the recruitment team and
complete employee life cycle activities
- Implements standardized protocols to facilitate the onboarding and
offboarding processes
- Designs protocols that promote talent acquisition and performance
management
- Maintains an organized database of employee information, ensuring
it is constantly updated and secure
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures,
using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Ensure legal compliance and act as liaison between the company and
outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies
follow current laws and regulations
- Collaborates with the management team to ensure smooth functioning
and development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall
business direction
- Effectively manages the HR department to ensure it functional
productivity and to reach its full potential through proper delegation of tasks
and responsibilities.
- Bridges management and employee relations through effective
communication on a personal and professional level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business field
required, with preference to individuals who possess a master’s degree in human
resource management
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Human Resources Management
- Preferred previous experience with an international organization
(Indian company with clients abroad, working for a firm headquartered outside
of India, etc.)
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent
acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS, leave/
attendance management systems etc.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
