Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop marketing and channel strategy for different verticals of the company in line with the business objectives.
  • Support building awareness of the brand, positioning of the business verticals and generating leads.
  • Understand the approach of key competitors; communicate differentiation to sales and provide input to senior leadership.
  • Create and deliver on a marketing plan in line with strategy and ensure implementation of the same within defined budgets with the support of the team.
  • Plan the coherent execution of the creative as well as performance-based deliverables
  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts.
  • Ensure Lead Generation targets are fulfilled using a mix of online activities, SEO/SEM, databases, emails, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Bring out of box ideas to the table, influence the leadership team, and execute the same.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices; test and evaluate their efficacy.
  • Track and report on campaign and program performance regularly, with a focus on optimization and driving quality pipeline.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Brand building for Digital-first companies.
  • Strong customer empathy & vision for the brand & capability to translate the vision into an actionable roadmap.
  • Sharp understanding of research function and how to leverage those insights into a creative strategy.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing & media with thought leadership around the dynamics of the digital & interactive space, specifically Social, Digital Media & Search.
  • A mature thought process - willingness to unlearn and work from 1st principles.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
