About Us

Roles and Responsibility

In partnership with global corporate communications, develop and execute PR strategy and plan for company & NTS India.
This plan should be in-line with the company's business goals and raise awareness and preference for NTS through social media coverage, blogs, bylines, awards, tech case studies and other relevant types of content.
Build thought leadership profiles in business and tech media for key company & NTS India leaders, including the technologist and engineering leads.
Build measurement scorecards to track the progress of various internal & external strategies.
Present results on a quarterly basis with impactful context to local leadership.

Internal Communications

Develop a proactive Internal communications strategy that will support the business objectives of NTS focusing on delivering optimal business results and collaboration across BUs and functions
Support Human Resources in driving esprit de corps within the organization focusing on timely and strategic communications with consistent messaging.
Devise internal communications tools that will support greater clarity and simplification of messaging including audio-visual tools and other print and multi-media approaches.
Roll out a robust Townhall Leadership Series that will incorporate a range of presenters including BU leadership, Corporate leadership and external business leaders from India.
Build and manage annual company events in partnership with local leadership and administration.

Qualifications

7-10 years of relevant experience, either in-house, agency-side, or both.
Technology experience is required.
Experience in building a communication strategy for a geographically dispersed region with proven / measurable results.
Excels at communicating across all levels of an organization, quickly building trust and confidence with senior executives.
Good writing skills are a must, and so is a love for technology and a keen ability to take technical concepts and turn them into interesting and inspiring story lines.
Understands how to navigate sensitive matters in the press and, when necessary, excels at crisis communications.
Excels at working in fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
