Roles and Responsibility
  • Leading hiring across the organisation for all levels with a team of 2-4 recruitment professionals.
  • Understanding Business and its expansion needs.
  • Work in concert with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers to lead strategic talent acquisition discussions leveraging hiring forecasts and trends to provide a deep understanding of existing and future talent needs.
  • Develop a data driven approach, utilizing analytics to provide insight and decision support.
  • Building Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & building partnerships and managing the procurement and measurement process.
  • Ensure compliance of code of conduct and integrity wrt vendor management.
  • Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
  • Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
  • Monitor the labour legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Thoroughly understand and factor internal talent landscape to identify and evaluate best candidates for talent need.
  • Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Responsible for the overall leadership and development of a recruiting team.

Skills Required:
  • Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent.
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market.
  • Collaborative approach, effective program management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions.
  • Should have extensive experience in “Internet sourcing techniques” along with conventional sourcing methods.
  • Ability to develop Market intelligence and Candidate mapping reports for target companies and skills.
  • The candidate will also have had a proven and successful experience leading a high-performing recruiting team for a business, resulting in the acquisition and retention of top talents in the market.

  • 8-12 years of experience leading recruitment in technology Organizations. in India
  • People leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop and groom talent.
  • Proven track record of influencing leadership on recruiting strategies.
  • Experience working on a business transformation model change highly desired.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
