Requirement
Candidate must have Good command over English communication.
Should have knowledge of Core HR related works.
Should have experience in Recruitment.
Should have knowledge of Computer, Microsoft Office.
Job Description
Will recruit actively for the company and be the first point of contact for the employees in india
End to end payroll processing & Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Induction programs: Helping the team to understand about company culture & various programs.
Exit Formalities: Filling all the formalities in hard copy and helping the employee on smooth exit.
