Roles and Responsibility

Work with existing senior chef
Analyse the existing QA process of company recipes and make changes wherever necessary. Analyze existing recipes for completeness and correctness to ensure optimal standardization.
Experiment, explore, and create new easy to cook, and delicious recipes using verified company ingredients.
Regularly conduct and improve virtual live cooking sessions for members and coach teams
Create high-quality instructional videos either by own or through partnering with vendors to help company members learn how to cook tasty meals.
Improve the Nutrition experience for company members by making sure they have the best quality food images, recipes, tips, videos in the mobile app.
Interact with company members and resolve recipe related challenges.
Partner with 3rd party vendors to create company foods (Ready-to-Eat, Pre-Packaged, Freshly cooked, etc) which company members can order through mainstream services
Do competitive analysis and bring feature parity in regard to food quality, taste, app experience, with respect to our competitors

What are we looking for:

A total of over 3 years of experience.
A Master's degree in Food Science/Food Technology from a reputed institute
Fluency in Hindi and English, alongside any regional language.
Multi-regional cuisine expertise.
Experience working in a corporate environment
Experience working with a variety of special dietary needs (vegan, keto, diabetes-friendly) strongly preferred.
Subject matter expert on general recipe challenges
Project management skills and a creative bend to work on existing projects such as live cooking streaming, instructional videos, etc.
Ability to conduct market research and research on competitors, to ensure recipes are acceptable
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment
