They let large companies host branded conferences online. We reproduce all aspects of a physical event from expo showcases to one-on-one networking meetings. Existing online conferences often feel like a one-way webinar where attendees have no impact on the outcome. It might as well be a pre-recorded video. On most platforms, all online events look the same. It’s easy for attendees and speakers to forget what they’re attending.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Work on exciting new features to enable live experiences
  • Architect, develop and maintain high-quality code
  • Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
  • Participate and engage in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.

Requirements
  • Expertise in Java programming language and Java’s framework (Spring, Hibernate)
  • 3-5 years of development experience
  • Strong understanding of different software development practices, infrastructure
  • Well rounded Senior Java Engineer with exposure to all layers of application and development
  • A good understanding of modern DevOps technologies
  • Solid experience working in an agile development environment
  • Passion for clean and appropriately tested code
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Good communication skill

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Self-starter, able to deliver projects on time meeting high-quality standards
  • Strong background in technology and application design
  • Strong understanding of different software development practices, infrastructure, and how each can help ship more value to customers.
