Roles and Responsibility
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategize and build relationship leading to business growth. 
  • Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the annual revenue goals. 
  • Identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship.
  • Ability to identify specific training needs, and build solutions customised to the needs of the customers. 
  • Effectively collaborate with senior management, marketing, product & sales teammates to align our learning solutions to customer needs. 
  • Forecast, measure, present, report the results of various learning and consulting projects and its impact.
  • Being close to the market and monitoring respective trends & feeding this information back to the senior leadership team 
  • Entrepreneurial character and attitude are the key personality required for the candidate. 
  • Able to work independently and even under pressure in a fast and quickly changing start-up atmosphere. 
  • Deliver a great experience to our customers when working with our organization - you will represent our brand. 

ELIGIBILITY: 
  • Previous working experience as a Learning & Development Consultant/professional for Clients.
  • Postgraduate/MBA. 
  • Experience 8-14 years 
  • Experience in the HR/Consulting/Learning and Development Industry 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Excellent at Senior Stakeholder Management 
  • Strong Networking aptitude 
  • Great multitasking skills
