Roles and Responsibility
  • The opportunity is for a Senior Leadership and Behavioral Content Development Specialist.
  • The individual must be experienced in the Learning and Development domain and should have played the role of L&D content specialist.
  •  Must possess knowledge of basic instructional design frameworks and storyboarding.
  • The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment with quick turnaround times and changing requirements. 
  • Understanding the customer need, designing and developing the right solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of the content will be a key expectation
  • 7-10 years of experience in Leadership and Behavioral Training and Content design
  • Expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis of the same
  • Experience should be in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning and leadership development principles
  • Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives
  • Research and learning mindset
  • Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher), Adobe Pro, and web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint), Articulate etc

Stakeholder Analysis: 
  • Participate in and conduct Stakeholder conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and requirement.
  • Creation of stakeholder analysis reports and getting sign off from the client.
  • Need to develop a deep understanding of the assigned areas and customer needs.
  • Design, Development and Maintenance of content: 
  • Understand the business problem, learner profile, & the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution. Apply effective use of adult learning principles. 
  • Select and use a variety of techniques for developing instructional content. 
  • Develop course content, including hands-on exercises, interaction with other subject matter experts, and use of existing documentation and requirements. 
  • Deep research to ensure contextualization of content to meet client industry, needs, and challenges
  • Develop collaterals for each module such as quizzes, assessments, reading materials, case studies, exercises, and activities.
  • Create instructor notes to accompany training material. 
  • Optional: Can use authoring tools like Articulate, Lectora and Captivate to create Learning materials.  
  • Internal stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to get buy-in on solutions recommended.

Process Improvement: 
  • Track feedback of all content elements. 
  • Seek feedback from internal teams, client stakeholders and facilitators.  
  • Analyze and take corrective measures to improve content based on feedback and metrics.
