Roles and Responsibility

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
Letting customers know about other products of the company offers.
Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
Excellent communication and listening skills

What we are looking for.

Graduate
Is Good with MS Excel
Must have very good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Hardworking with a strong work ethics.
Previous experience working in client engagement or a track record of managing client relationships.
