About Company
Is a training firm in Bangalore that works towards discovering and sharpening people’s professional skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Shall be responsible for Business Development(B2B) and conversion of all corporate mid and small-sized clients for all training and consulting products/services.
Shall be assisting the senior BDMs with all open workshop efforts in terms of leadership development and Fintech workshops
Shall be liaising with digital marketing team for content verification, mailers lists, social media promotions etc
In doing the above, the person shall be required to make presentations at client meetings, draw out proposals and do everything incidental for conversion
Shall be focussed on growing the pan India presence of the company ie in metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai etc
Shall be required to be always well informed on competition, industry trends, the prospect of new product/service etc.
Skills Required:
Excellent English Communication Skills (written & verbal)
Able to collaborate and work in teams
Able to work under pressure of both time and targets
Able to adapt to the fast pace of change in the industry
Qualification/Preferred Experience:
Post-Graduation in disciplines of Marketing, Sales or Business Development ie MBA/BBA /Equivalent diploma
Having 3-5 years’ experience in a business development role which required domain knowledge on the product/service
Have experience of speaking to senior management positions in corporate. ¬ Fixed: Rs 7 L- 8.5 L ¬ Variable: Can earn upto 2 L -5L more depending on performance /conversion (4% of conversion)
