Roles and Responsibility
- Sourcing
and shortlisting candidates for IT recruitment through Job portals, social
media, Free Ad post etc., and contact those candidates personally
- Screen
Select Candidates using industry-standard techniques
- Review
and analyse resumes with relevant experiences in IT
- Scheduling
the Interviews and Coordinating with Interview panels for the hiring process
- Maintaining
the weekly, daily reports and submitting it to internal stakeholders
Qualification
and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience
in Core IT Recruitment
- 3+ years of experience
in Sourcing profiles from Multiple job portals like Naukri, and Linked In etc
- Excellent Interpersonal
and Communication skills
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Flexibility to work on
weekends when necessary
