Roles and Responsibility
Nudge is a concept in behavioural sciences that proposes positive reinforcement and indirect suggestions as ways to influence the behaviour and decision-making of individuals. Nudge automation is a high impact project for company. If you are someone who wants fundamentally to change the way everyone learns, this may be an opportunity for you. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on creating, deploying and measuring best-in-class behavioural nudges to drive adoption, product engagement and program completions.

  • Lead end-to-end nudge automation execution and success, ensuring project is delivered at the highest level of quality
  • Ensure our automation platforms have the data, functionality, and business rules required to deliver highly personalized and dynamic multi-channel nudges
  • Provide input and recommendations around nudge strategy, processes, briefing, technical requirements, QA, and execution
  • Develop and execute nudges by creating cross-channel strategy, define audience targeting and key messages that aim to drive adoption & completion in all programs
  • Set up nudges across channels in collaboration with internal teams – email, WhatsApp, website, SMS, and calls to drive execution
  • Learn from behavioural measurements, web analytics and other data sources to understand learner behaviour and impact on conversion, to craft better engagement nudges
  • Develop segmentation strategy, leveraging internal tools to identify and target high propensity cohorts; identify and leverage new or emerging patterns in learner behavior to inform strategy and engage new segments
  • Set up end to end reporting mechanisms to track impact of nudges

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related subject required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role (2 years of experience in marketing automation focused role and 3+ years managing lifecycle, engagement and/or retention marketing)
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer data and how this is used effectively in best-practice CRM programs
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to a specific customer segment/experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of CleverTap, and Zendesk CRM integration
  • Solid experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Experience with planning, set-up, execution, and management of targeted email campaigns and email nurture programs. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing will be a plus.

  • Deep expertise in marketing automation processes including campaign management, and online marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, as well as written and verbal communications; comfortable presenting across all levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven decision maker that looks for opportunities to continually measure and optimize
