Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, whilst inspiring & developing developers within the team to achieve their potential
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership & governance to the team to ensure the software solutions are implemented according to the solution design
  • Drive the team to quality outcomes through collaboration.

Technical Skills
  • C# .Net core, ASP.Net core, Azure, Entity Framework Core, React, SQL Server experience
  • Define the technical direction for the team and lead by doing
  • Responsible for end-to-end architecture across a range of domains and creating the strategy and roadmap to address the long term planning of technologies
  • Work with the project manager, peers, and stakeholders to elaborate end-to-end organizational solution concepts, scope, design, and roadmaps
  • Resolve complex development problems
  • Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high-quality delivery.
