Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day merchandizing of all fantasy sports contests on our platform and optimizing the processes of our Business & Product Operations teams.
- Create and refine Product Operations processes relating to the publication of fantasy contests and pricing of players in salary cap formats
- Analyse and define contest prize pay table structures in order to maximize revenue and improve user experience
- Collaborate with marketing regarding on-site promotions and retention initiatives
- Perform revenue optimization analyses to ensure contest inventory appropriately capturing market demand
- Support Fantasy Sports commercial team in establishing best Ways of Working across Revenue and Customer, Business & Product Operations
- Provide stakeholder input on development of product and backend features
- Identify and achieve opportunities for cost synergies and savings
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of each department on a regular basis
- This role will provide the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business, including product development and marketing.
