Roles and Responsibility
  • Planning, writing and editing of content; ensuring it is clear, compelling and properly distributed across web, print, mobile and social platforms - adhering to a consistent brand philosophy 
  • Produce and review copy assets and content needs i.e. banners, ads, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, social media posts 
  • Amend, revise or redevelop straplines, copy, adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the copy strategist, team or clients 
  • Create style guides to use as reference 
  • Test and implement innovative and relevant methods of measuring content, campaigns and tools, keeping in mind the purpose of the derived results in collaboration with the recruitment marketing team 
  • Drives messaging, positioning, and content for campaigns by becoming the brand communication owner for various assets created and is strong in mapping the user journey of the customer 
  • Researching, outlining, writing and editing new and existing content, working closely with various teams to understand and fulfill content requirements 
  • Ensures a visible product roadmap and aligns to quarterly marketing plan 
  • Program manages product launches aligned to product roadmap 
  • Creates, maintains, and consistently updates a messaging house for the product line 
  • Manages sales enablement with Product and Solution Consulting 
  • Create content for coupon campaigns to drive leads and subscribers 
  • Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site 
  • Actively manage and promote our blog, and create articles to relevant third-party platforms 
  • Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit 

Skills Required: 
  • 7+ years of experience in working with content agencies, B2C eCommerce and SaaS brands at scale Worked in a content specialist role for 2-3 years 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SMO, SEM, email marketing and web analytics 
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively 
  • A creative vision, collaborative skills, the ability to understand and work with stakeholders 
  • Stakeholder management experience is mandatory 

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Mass Media or Management having a background in advertising, content team 
  • Proven experience in writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
