Roles and Responsibility
  • Measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid services.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including video and display advertising, SEO, SEM, Social Media and PPC to improve conversion, leading to the lowest acquisition cost
  • Responsible for Facebook, Instagram marketing to improve conversions and reduce acquisition cost.
  • Responsible for media planning and budgetary control of digital marketing activities associated with brand
  • Attaining key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborates with CRM team to find out the outcomes of leads.
  • Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, latest trends and upcoming occurrence
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Developing article, video and social media based content for content marketing platform.
  • Measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid services. change natural to organic thats the correct term
  • Add – Handling Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy and execution with internal team/existing vendors – channels to include Print media, digital, TV Ads, Radio Ads, etc
  • Add - Overviewing Branding Strategy and Physical Events to be conducted by team
  • Products focus- Apparel, Fashion, Retail

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3- 5 years experience.
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience of working on Google, Facebook and other performance and Social media channels Online Lead Generation, Online Media Planning, Programmatic buying, Content Creation, Affiliate Marketing, Web Analytics, SEO, Social media marketing, CRM, Business Analytics, Process Excellence
  • Interfaces: Media Agency, Creative Agencies, IT Partners and Freelancers.
  • Good Presentation & Communication skills, Excellent Project Management Skills, Market Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Creative Acumen and a Collaborative Approach towards completion of designated tasks
