Roles and Responsibility
  • Understand the full functionality of our existing and future products.
  • Provide email and chat support to European (French, German, Spanish etc) customers by responding to their queries (General/ Technical & Logistics) related to the product via Email, Chat and Community Forum posts.
  • Coordinate with each team within the company and provide feedback on issues/insights related to the product.
  • Liaise with the Software Developers and the QA team to provide feedback from customers and raise any unknown software bugs.
  • Utilise available tools to analyse, Android debugging for device logs and answer to customer's queries and provide the relevant log files to the software team. (Experience with ADB preferred)
  • Prepare Knowledge Base articles to be shared with the customers.
  • Provide community feedback to the product team weekly.
  • Actively participate with the community and have an open channel of communication through Zendesk, Facebook and the Official Community forum.

Specific Skill Set: 

  • Customer service
  • Command over American/British English
  • Windows/Mac/Android troubleshooting
  • B.E./B.tech - CSE/IT
  • Ms-SQL/Java/C
