Roles and Responsibility
  • ·        Working with Business head and be responsible for Generating Sales Pipeline and Meeting Sales Targets for the OTT and Video Products for the Company
  • ·        Be responsible to meet Sales Targets and Revenue Targets Region wise, Product wise on a Quarterly half yearly and Yearly
  • ·        Be responsible for Creating Pipeline of Sales leads (Direct or Indirect) for the products of the company
  • ·        Be responsible for Pre-sales, Interaction with the Prospective leads in Understanding their requirements.
  • ·        Be responsible for Providing demos of Company Products to leads, Map Requirements form Leads to our Products.
  • ·        Be responsible for preparing draft Commercial proposals to leads and submit to Management for Approval.
  • ·        Lead interactions to convert leads to customers
  • ·        Be responsible for Managing Customer Relationships with existing and new customers.
  • ·        Be responsible for Revenue Collection from Customers [ Existing and new ] as per agreed contract
  • ·        Explore Expanding Business Opportunities from existing customers on an On-going basis.
  • ·        Interact with the Product and Delivery teams to understand Delivery status, Product Roadmap, new technologies planned
  • ·        Provide periodic reports to the Management on the Sales and Revenues region wise, Product Wise and leads status
  • ·        Should be able to travel very frequently to meet leads Customers
  • ·        Work with Business Head to build partnerships with companies/partners in the Video Eco system that will help in Enhancing Product Value and Sales
  • ·        Should be able to study competition and provide competition analysis ( Product, Feature wise, Business Model ) back to the management and Product team
  • ·        Should be able to contribute to the Marketing activities of the Company ( Web Site, Participation in Conferences, Talk show, Webinar,… )

 

 

Experience:

  • ·        Candidates must have experience in Sales and Marketing activities ( as per Job Description above ) in Software/Technology/Product Companies ranging from 7 to 10 years.
  • ·        Good network among Sales circles and in Video/content Industry
  • ·        Experience in Sales for SaaS Products
  • ·        Experience in using Technology for Sales activities (CRM, Sales Force, Pipe Drive.)

 

Skills:

  • ·        MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ·        Sales automation tools
  • ·        Knowledge of full Sales Cycles Flow
  • ·        Flair towards understanding Technology/Products.
  • ·        Knowledge of Web technologies, Cloud Computing (Preferred)
