Roles and Responsibility

Manage warehouse operations end to end along with logistics and transportation
Manage warehouse operations for supporting omni channel operations including e-commerce fulfilment being managed from warehouse
End to End Inventory Management
Manage warehouse team for the deliverables to perform sop
Maintaining the inventory DOH to reduce the risks of excess and obsolete inventory
Monthly MIS Report
Create the company’s supply chain strategy
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
Led monthly S&OP review with Purchase, Finance, Ops, & Marketing to consensus on annual demand plan
