Roles and Responsibility

Highly motivated should have knowledge about financial industry
Responsible for outbound calls and lead generation from Database assigned.
Having got this data, the person needs to make calls to these people, give basic details about our offerings, mail them the details.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Respond to customer requests by phone and/or email.
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsible for followup
Continue to stay updated on markets and related news
Ability to work independently.
