Roles and Responsibility
  • Plan execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns on social media. Social media pages management. 
  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns through Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. for qualified lead generation. 
  • Plan and execute SEO efforts (on-page + off-page)
  • Plan and manage the development of online newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and production 
  • Manage third party vendors (designers, content writers, video production, etc.) and drive creative content creation 
  • Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies 
  • Drive the planning and production of content. Work closely with designers, writers, and production houses for content creation. 
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and develop performance optimisation strategies based on insights   
  • Work in a fast-paced start-up environment and deliver on additional interdepartmental requirements 


  • Proven experience of 3+ years in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Understanding of the applications and mechanics of different social media platforms 
  • Working knowledge of online marketing tools like HubSpot 
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.) and applications of analytics 
  • Basic skill in content writing
  • Self-starter and customer focused 
  • Passion to hustle and learn in a fast-paced startup
