Roles and Responsibility
  • Going to bank for deposits of cheques / withdrawal of cash 
  • Ensure paperwork is entered in a timely manner - including purchase orders
  • Ensure Credit card payment is made on time
  • Entries of cheques to the vendors and make sure the payments done correctly and  within the stipulated time 
  • Ensure Major creditor accounts are reconciled and that payment is made according to these reconciliations
  • Ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner to facilitate bank reconciliation
  • Ensure paperwork and the bill details and amounts are entered into Tally in a timely manner
  • Ensure wages, salaries are paid correctly to individuals and also on time.
  • Ensure PT and group income tax are paid on time
  • Maintain a collection process to continually improve debtors.
  • Maintain finance process to facilitate timely payment.
  • Maintain an ongoing review of customer credit limits
  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Coordinate external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
  • The above responsibilities are in addition to any tasks delegated by the Reporting Authority and management
  • Maintaining the Accounts for Purchase and sales of material 
  • Generation of DC, Invoice and E  Sugum
  • Follow up with Vendor and Clients Payments.
  • Visit the local banks for funds transfer to team/vendor accounts and other work
  • Petty Cash handling with supported documents / Vouchers and verifying 
  • Filling of the all the papers pertaining to sales and purchase and other Accounts and Logistics papers
  • Documentation preparation and maintenance - Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, Service Tax Invoices
  • Standard Office Rules & Regulations apply: This position may call for travel to the Warehouse or Showroom for stock reconciliation and also for Documents handing over in case needed.
  • Preparing Necessary Form during  Domestic Logistics 
  • Other Projects as assigned
