About Company
We believe in delivering learning experiences end to end, therefore, we will be providing adaptive & personalized content & regular online weekly teaching sessions. Our modules (K12) will offer a question led learning with embedded interactive information pieces (videos/gifs/tools etc.) We are building a data science engine which enables students to learn in a way they understand the best - as we will provide real-time hints, adjust difficulty levels, provide interest (eg. sports) based quest
Roles and Responsibility
  • Candidate must have capability to convince clients
  • Good command over communication skills
  • 1 to 1.5 Year of sales experience. Preferably inside sales
  • Should have extensive calling experience
  • Ed-Tech is Plus but NON Ed-Tech should be good too.
  • Good Communication. (Hindi & English)
  • Confident, detailed, go-getter, eager to learn with his/her approach

 

Work Experience Required: 

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (marketing)
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / Educational Sales.
  • Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi.
  • Good negotiation and pitching skills required.
  • Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
  • Ed-tech experience is an added advantage
  • Multi-disciplinary, continuous learning mind-set
  • Customer focus with good convincing ability and confident personality.
