Roles and Responsibility
  • Proficiency in Computers like (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Expert level knowledge and experience with tendering works/terms and conditions, offers creation/well versed with all terms and conditions
  • Expert level knowledge of various commercial workings (viz Commercial Terms of business, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit etc)
  • Expert level knowledge on Costing
  • Well versed with E-Tendering process
  • Ability to devise strategies to win bids & offers submitted
  • Clarity of thought and ability to articulate it well to influence customers

 

Account Management of "Principals & Suppliers"

  • Annual forecasts, Annual Sales Plan & Monthly Reviews & Monthly deviations
  • Price adjustments/settlements: Price variation formulas & monthly credit adjustments
  • Monthly reports in templates at desired frequencies for all aspects of Marketing, Service, Supply etc.
  • Order bookings, confirmations & coordination for timely dispatches to various clients
  • Managing & recording the business visits & meeting agendas
  • Providing Status of various offers/bids submitted.
  • Replying to the Techno Commercial queries
  • Overall responsibility of Smooth Relationship with Principals & Suppliers.

 

Customer Management

  • Resolve pre-tender conditions, quoting and monitoring of tenders etc.
  • Preparation of offers, quotations, tenders etc.
  • Order Verification, Acknowledgement & Amendments
  • Ensuring timely deliveries
  • Ensure responses to customer clarifications ON TIME
  • Making Final settlement for Deliveries made to the customer
  • Submitting & tracking for recovering all PBG's
  • Submitting invoices / Payments follow up etc Obtaining Self Score Cards/feedback from Clients 10 Coordinating with various inter departments
